The challenge was to create a RED CARPET look according to measurements they were given. This young designer Ari age 26 created a funky spacy look for her model Erika, although it was very creative & weird. . . it wasn't exactly what the judges where looking for, so she was the first to be eliminated>> WHOMP WHOMP, but on a serious note her model tried her best to sport the look her designer Ari was going for. Tim Gunn (fashion consulatant & mentor for the designers)tried to give Ari the criticism she needed to understand the challenge & explain that the look she was going for wasnt working but she insisted that it was very innovative which he begged to differ.
